Summer is almost here….
It’s time to show some skin, get in shape and enjoy lots of fresh fruits and veggies.
My latest obsession is green… I just love this vigorous color.
Looking good on the outside is not enough, feeling healthy and being in shape is what really counts. No matter what you wear, you have to be healthy and feel refreshed, otherwise no cool & bright outfit will radiate your mood & attitude. Beauty depends on well-being, eating right and exercising regularly.
Lately, I’ve become addicted to green smoothies, they are easy to make and you can create your own signature smoothie at home. Just use your imagination, or try my recipes below…
And I almost forgot to mention that greens & tropical prints were favored by many designers for Spring Summer/12 trends!

1 bunch fresh parsley
1 cucumber, peeled
1 green apple
1 ripe banana
1–2 cups water
½ bunch dandelion greens
2 stalks celery
½ inch fresh ginger root
Handful of fresh spinach
1 cup vanilla low fat yogurt
1/2 cup cranberry juice
3 fresh strawberries
A few cubes of ice
