In case you didn’t know it, “Sharpie” was originally a name designating a permanent marker launched in 1964 by the Sanford Ink Company. The Sharpie also became the first pen-style permanent marker.
We’re all familiar with its bright hues, from neon pink to fluorescent green, yellow, orange and blue. Sharpie’s acidic neons have become the latest summer trend for shoes and accessories. I just love how celebrities showcase this trend.
From red carpet to street style these bright and glowing pumps look perfect with tanned and toned legs.
If you’re brave enough to play with colors, pair your neon shoes with printed skirt or a dress. You can also try color-blocking neon pink with another vibrant color, like fluorescent green or bright yellow.
For a more casual look, pair your bright pumps with denim or neutral outfits like boyfriend jeans and a white shirt.
