Today I’m posting some of my favorite smoothie recipes that you can prepare at home. It’s getting warm outside, so let’s get in shape!

Your body will thank you for that!

After all, it’s perfect time to replace our favorite cupcakes with better/healthier treats!

I’ve borrowed these recipes from my favorite healthy lifestyle blog, salatshop.ru (From Russia)

Strawberry Smoothie

Strawberry – 200 grams

Banana –  2

Celery – 2 stalks

1 Glass of water

Mix all in a blender, put the mixture in a glass bottle, and go for a walk outside.

Double Plum Smoothie (My favorite!)

First Layer – “Plum

Plum – 6 (remove the pits)

Sweet Cherry – 20 (without pits) You can also try frozen cherry

Half of banana

Half of lemon juice – 2-3 tablespoons of juice

One teaspoon of honey

Second Layer – “Green”

Banana – 1

Spinach – 50 grams

Half of lemon juice – 2-3 tablespoons of juice

One teaspoon of honey

Two teaspoons of water

First, blend the “plum” ingredients and pour the mixture in two different glasses, then blend the “green” and pour it on top of the plum mixture.

Enjoy!
